After receiving your booking request in writing or by telephone, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us. In order to secure a booking, a down payment of 50% is required, which is due within one week ( see our payment options ). Once credited, you will receive payment confirmation by email or as an SMS or Whats App message.

The balance payment is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. In case of short-term bookings – up to 30 days prior to arrival – the entire amount is due at once.

Our prices include gas, water and electricity consumption.

Minimum stay for Christmas and Easter is 4 nights.Please note that we can only accommodate the people specified with the booking.

Early check-in or late check-out are possible upon request

 If you arrive very early or at night, the previous night needs to be booked as well in order to guarantee room availability.

 Nocturnal check-in is carried out by our security staff.

 A valid ID document must be presented upon check-in.
