Upon receipt of your written or telephone booking enquiry, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us. The booking becomes binding upon a 50% deposit, which should be paid within one week to our German bank account. Once payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. For short-term bookings (within 30 days before arrival), the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Our rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption.

During Christmas and Easter, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies.

Please note that we can only accommodate the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Check-out: by 10:00

Early check-in is available upon request. For very early or night-time arrivals, the previous night must be booked to guarantee room availability. Late-night check-in is handled by our security staff.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 at the latest to allow us to prepare the accommodation for the next guests. Any late check-out without prior agreement will be charged at EUR 10 / KES 1,500 per hour.

A valid identification document must be presented upon check-in.
